This week is very special, the main key difference is that we are crossing over with another podcast called Kar’s Entertainment Media, and their members include Keith, Austin, and Rakeetah. We agreed to crossover with them because they make similar content as us, with the random topics discussed, and Keith did a great job previously on our podcast. The crossover event brought along changes to the format as well, such as temporarily replacing the draft segment with an over/under segment. This over/under segment included Brady and me both bringing 2 over/unders, and then the five of us deciding whether we were over or under the given line. Overall this episode shows how our podcast can adapt easily to be suitable for any number of people. Thank you for tuning in and we hope to see you back next week for our finale.

On Episode 6 of The Off Topic Podcast, we have a guest! Our guest this week is Rachel Bowman. This was much the same as the previous couple of weeks, and we did not have a guest. The wordle of the day this week was braid, and we had some trouble getting it. Our draft segment was about scary things, and it was pretty controversial. We had some intense discussion especially about the hot takes. During the third episode of the podcast, we continued the same structure of the podcast with the 3 segments. Only this time we invited a guest, and his name is Logan Stein. Guests on our podcast don’t bring would you rather questions or hot takes, but they respond to everything brought up, and they take part fully in the draft segment. The second episode of our podcast, which is our first episode where we get to go through all 3 of the segments, which starts off with the would you rather, where each member brings 2 would you rather questions that are brought up and discussed by all the members, after that we move on to the hot takes segment which is similar to the would you rather segment, as each member brings 2 hot takes and they are discussed, and finally we conclude the episode with a draft segment which is pets for this episode, and everyone takes turns choosing their favorite picks from whatever topic is chosen. For the first episode of our podcast, we were tasked with creating a list of dad jokes and reading them while trying not to laugh, and this was just a test to see if we could get the audio to work properly and to upload an episode. For the first episode Reuben was not present, so it was only Gavin and Brady to read the jokes back and forth. We also added a couple of sound effects to emphasize whether or not we thought that the joke was funny or not. Thank you for tuning in and check out the next episode.
